Products and services are provided (including dispatch) only on receipt of full payment (where applicable) of the advertised charge and any stated carriage charges. The product or services will be provided as advertised and on the medium stated or as a physical item, and in the advertised way.
All items sold are provided with a 30 day money back guarantee (see following)
Where items are returned as faulty and are found by Whohas to be faulty carriage charges paid for the return will be refunded. In addition a return carriage refund will be made equal to the return carriage charge paid (proof required) or equal to the carriage charge paid for delivery of the item by Whohas, which ever is the lower.
Where items are returned for a full refund of the purchase price within the guarantee period where they are not faulty carriage will not be refunded and return carriage costs will be at the purchasers cost.
All returns will be at the purchases risk and Whohas will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to returned items however incurred before returns are received by Whohas.
The purchasers rights to the items are as advertised. Whohas warrants that such rights are correct to the best of their knowledge and that the status has ben checked.
